WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Your items will be dispatched accordingly to your shipping preference. From there it will be handed over to Australia Post for delivery. Upon dispatch from the warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch email which will include all the tracking details relating to you order. Please note delivery will take longer than usual due to Australia post delays as they are also experiencing a high volume of deliveries.

WHEN WILL I GET MY COMMISSIONED ARTWORK?
There is no fixed completion time for commissioned artwork. However, progress photos will be sent to the customer. A number of factors can influence how long our artist can complete each piece. Your patience is much appreciated.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Using the tracking details provided within your dispatch email you can track your parcel here
In some cases, you may notice that your order is not displaying tracking information once dispatched. Please be rest assured that your order is in transit and will arrive safely.

ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders are shipped using Australia Post. This is a registered freight service by which clients can track their order easily.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Online orders are shipped using Australia Post. This is a registered freight service by which clients can track their order easily.

Standard Australia Post which offers limited tracking and takes 10+ business days*.

Express Australia Post which includes tracking and signature on delivery, usually 4-5 business days*.

* Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however, we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
*Please note free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

SHIPPING CHARGES
All freight is calculated on weight. All charges quoted to the client are inclusive of GST.
REFUNDS & RETURNS

When completing the returns form please put as much information in the "Notes To Merchant" area regarding the reason for wanting a replacement, return or credit/refund. You can also send any photos to accompany your return to info@ceducci.com.au just note your returns number in the email once you have been issued with one.
What items are returnable?

Items that are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.

Items that have not been used or damaged.

Original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. (delivery commences from the date of delivery or attempted delivery)

​NON REFUNDABLE

Approved items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded with a store credit. You will be notified by email what the result of your return application is.

Change of mind; A credit note will be issued.

Commissioned artwork is refundable and returnable however only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. The 50% downpayment is non refundable

RETURN PROCESS

Send us an email explaining the situation. Please make sure to attach the order number and proof of purchase along with any supporting images.

You may use the original packaging to reship the item to us.

Once we receive the item we will send you an email confirming the returned process.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REPLACEMENT ORDER

Once your replacement is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your replace item. We will also notify you once your replacement item has been shipped back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare and unfortunate event that your purchase is deemed faulty a full refund or replacement will apply. The item will be assessed once we receive it.
