These terms set out the agreement for online trading between Ceducci (ABN 78 408 687 970) and the user of this website ("You") Please read them carefully before proceeding with entering the website. You must accept these terms and conditions to access this website any further. 

RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS

When contacting us about a return please put as much information regarding the reason for wanting a replacement, return or credit/refund. You can also send any photos to accompany your return to info@ceducci.com.au

What items are returnable?

  • Items that are in saleable condition, in their original packaging.

  • Items that have not been used or damaged.    

  • Original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. (delivery commences from the date of delivery or attempted delivery)

 â€‹NON REFUNDABLE

  • Approved items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded with a store credit. You will be notified by email what the result of your return application is.

  • Change of mind; A credit note will be issued.

  • Commissioned artwork is refundable and must be returned. However only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. The 50% downpayment is non refundable

RETURN CHARGES

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise negotiated with Ceducci via email.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Send us an email explaining the situation. Please make sure to attach the order number and proof of purchase along with any supporting images.  

  • You may use the original packaging to reship the item to us. 

  • You are responsible for any shipping charges unless negotiated with Ceducci via email.

  • Once we receive the item we will send you an email confirming and finalising the return process.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REPLACEMENT ORDER

  • Once your replacement is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your replace item. We will also notify you once your replacement item has been shipped back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • In the rare and unfortunate event that your purchase is deemed faulty a full refund or replacement will apply. The item will be assessed once we receive it.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

By completing an online order, You are making an offer to purchase the product at the price on our website.

Payment must be made at the time of submitting the online order. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal,  Afterpay and other major credit cards . You warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card, PayPal or Afterpay account used to complete payment.

All online orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Ceducci. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of your online order. This will also include a confirmation of any size or product detail. Accepting the Terms and Conditions will trust you have checked all information made by you the customer.

The online order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions on the Australian website are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

Prices may vary in the event of price changes or mistakes on this website without prior notice to you.  Ceducci will request payment for any outstanding amounts or any additional amounts  made to your order.

As the customer you are responsible for all selections made to each order. We advise reading through all your products to ensure all details are correct.

If you wish to cancel your order, Ceducci will issue you with a store credit. 

FAULTY POLICY

​

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a manufacturing or printing fault, please contact us as soon as you receive your order.  We will not accept products that have been used if you require an exchange due to fault.

​

You will need to provide images of the damaged, defected or faulty product as proof and for preliminary assessment. If the product is confirmed faulty by Ceducci or the printer, we will replace the product for no additional change.   If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to use in accordance with care for instructions. Therefore, if product care is not followed by our care instructions eg;  product protecting and maintenance, we have the right to not provide an exchange or refund.

MATERIALS & PRODCUTS
Ceducci carefully selects only the finest quality products for its products and artwork. While Ceducci makes every effort to match consistence appearance of the product, all products are sold subject to commercially acceptable variations or irregularities of colour, surface, grain or texture due to the nature of the materials and techniques applied.

All dimensions and colours shown for each product are approximate. 

COMMISSIONED ARTWORK

At Ceducci we accept all commissioned artwork requests. If a customer requires a specific size or colour, and would like to "edit" one of Ceducci's already exisiting pieces, that purchase is considered now "commissioned artwork". All commissioned and/or custom pieces cannot be paid using Afterpay.

 

PROCESS

A customer can request for commissioned artwork by contacting us via email at info@ceducci.com.au. We will then discuss the customers requirements such as; colour and size. Once the request is complete and downpayment is made, an order form will be sent to our artist. There is no fixed completion time for commissioned artwork. However, progress photos will be sent to the customer. A number of factors can influence how long our artist can complete each piece. Your patience is much appreciated. 

When the artwork is complete a professional photograph will be taken and sent to the customer for their approval. Once approved we will send an invoice to the customer for the (50%) price balance agreed upon. Once payment is received, we will ship the artwork to you.  All commissioned and/or custom pieces cannot be paid using Afterpay.

PRICES

Prices vary depending on the time put into each commissioned piece and the size of the canvas. Ceducci will require a 50% downpayment on all commissioned artwork. Then the remaining balance (50%) will be charged upon completion. Once full payment is received, Ceducci will ship your commissioned artwork.

REFUND

In the event that a customer does not accept the commissioned artwork, they must return the artwork in its original packaging and shipped at the customers expense. Once the artwork is received and assessed, the customer will be granted a refund of the (50%) price balance. The 50% downpayment is non refundable.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

​

Ceducci present special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided during the checkout process and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically.

 

If you have not applied the promotional code but order was placed during the event contact our team straight after you’ve placed your order. It is up to Ceducci's discretion to refund you the discounted amount if contact is made within 1 hour of purchase.

Please note, only one promotional code may be used per transaction. Unless otherwise specified each promotional code may only be used once per customer.

Only advertised promotional codes are to be used. If your code does go through and is successful on your order which is not valid, Ceducci will issue you with an outstanding amount invoice before any order is dispatched.

PRIVACY POLICY​

This privacy policy has been formulated to assure clients that Ceducci is committed to their privacy and that of all their clients. Ceducci understands the importance of protecting the privacy of their client's personal and financial information and acts in accordance with relevant Australian privacy laws.

All information provided at the time of registration or submission will not be used for any unsolicited communication. When clients register with Ceducci they give their permission to treat their personal data in accordance with the privacy policy set out below.

Ceducci collects the information that clients provide them with specifically for the purpose of conducting future business and to enhance client’s online experience. This may include personal information:

− Given to Ceducci by clients when they fill in contact forms, questionnaires or other sections of the abode website or when clients post or input information to the Ceducci website;
− Automatically collected by Ceducci system relating to clients visit to the website, such as their IP address; and
− About how clients use the Ceducci website.

Any information Ceducci collects is used to assist in providing clients with exclusive consumer information about Ceducci and Ceducci products that may be of interest to them. However, please note that due to the open nature of the internet, clients should be aware that no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure from access by unintended recipients. Ceducci will not be responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to client’s personal information.

PROMOTIONS AND GIVEAWAYS

From time to time Ceducci will run promotions, giveaways and competitions. On all occasions terms and conditions will apply in regards to the items being advertised as a giveaway with purchase or prize. The free gift may not be exchanged and this offer is subject to availability of the product on offer. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any person. Normal delivery terms apply. We reserve the right to update or change the Terms at any time without notice to you.

Ceducci does not control such other websites and does not accept any responsibly or liability in respect of the material on any such other website.
