What happens if I dont like my Commissioned Artwork?

First of all, don't stress out. At Ceduci we understand that sometimes artwork can be subjective and not what we expect when we see it in person. At the end of the day, we want you to love your Ceducci artwork! We have a detailed return policy just for Commissioned artwork. You can find it under Customer Care.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping around Australia is FREE. International shipping has a flat rate of $ 10 AUD

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address you can email us at info@ceducci.com.au However, once your order has been shipped, your delivery details cannot be changed.

How will my artwork be packed?

At Ceducci we take great lengths to make sure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. So packaging depends on the size of the artwork. Your artwork will either be shipped in a padded mailer envelope with firm backing or a mailer tube.
